I bought four cases of glasses from them. When I open the cases most of the classes were broken. When I called the company they wanted me to take out the broken glasses, because they don't take damaged goods back, and To only send back the ones that were not broken. I asked him how he expected me to take out broken glass and he told me to go get a good pair of rubber gloves.
Worst customer service I have ever encountered!
I purchased this unit to find out that you cannot buy parts for this machine. It is not stated that no parts are available for this machine. You must check for available parts before you purchase anything from them. I will never do business with them again.

I had several placed my orders and realized I needed to change one of the orders. They cancelled the wrong order! By the time I realized it, I had a deadline and they refused to admit it was there mistake and waive the shipping fee. Other times I used them they order never came in on time, the items were always backordered and you are never notified until AFTER you purchase. I will never use them again
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Webstaurant Store is the best, reliable, quick shipping and the best customer service department in the Country!
I placed an order at 8:28am on 4/14. At 1:07 pm, I got an email saying my order had been shipped. I sat back and expected to see it in about a week's time. I RECEIVED my order at 2:30pm on 4/15. *Gasp* I am thoroughly impressed with not only how quickly the order came, but the products I ordered - Visions Florence 8" square black plastic plates 120/case and Visions black heavy weight plastic forks pack of 100. I was even pleased with the packaging of the products. And even though there was a very minor issue, customer service handled immediately. The prices for the items I ordered were considerably lower than any store I've been to - in person and/or online. I couldn't even find the 8" square plastic plates in black in any store anywhere in my region. The look, the feel, and the quality of the products are sure to please my guests just as much as this entire experience has pleased me.
I was charged a restocking fee on a returned item I never received. The customer service was horrible at best.
We always receive what we order in good shape and a timely manner.

There are no words to describe how I feel about these guys. I have for Webstaurant right now. They probably saved my business from going under. What more could a girl ask for? I love you Webstaurant.
Submitted a tax exemption form, 1-2 business day turn around. 5 days later, no communication. In the meantime, the product in my cart went up $60, defeats the purpose of tax free, that's for sure. I called 3 times to check the status of my exemption request and was told "we see it under review". Not worth the time or effort.
I am a famers market baker and use small quantities of supplies compared to a restaurant that has a higher volume. I found this company as an alternative to Amazon. The shipping speed is amazingly FAST. The quality is superb for the price that is charged. I did have an opportunity to use customer service for an item I wasn't totally impressed with and it was addressed happily and efficiently! I highly recommend this company!!!
